[SY*** Review] I was extremely scared and spent ten years debating rhinoplasty. After visiting five different clinics, all of them said I could undergo surgery using septal cartilage. However, Migo was the only place that told me my septal cartilage was too small to be used. That made me feel they prioritized safety, so I decided to have a second consultation there. During my first consultation, perhaps I didn’t communicate my needs well because they initially suggested customized silicone and ear cartilage. I went during a busy time, so I didn’t feel the consultation was particularly friendly. However, since they were the only ones who told me about my small septal cartilage, I decided to return for a second consultation. The second time, I went on a weekend at the last available time slot, and the atmosphere was completely different. The doctor was smiling, asked why I had come back, and listened carefully when I said I was worried about complications from silicone and wanted a non-implant method. He showed me previous non-implant cases he had performed, reassessed my nasal line, and was incredibly kind. I believed he would ensure a safe and successful procedure, so I decided to go ahead with it—using only ear cartilage. Now, it’s been almost two months since the surgery, and the results are exactly what I wanted. My columella angle is beautiful, and there’s no unevenness at the nasal tip. If you're looking for a natural result, I highly recommend this place. Plus, since only my nasal tip was adjusted, there was barely any bruising or bleeding. The best part? No nasal packing, so there was no pain! Even my mom and sister were so impressed with the results that they’re now considering getting it done too. That makes me so happy!
